About Us
Kim Tummolo grew up in a small town in Southern California. A passion for events and always dreamed of starting a business and after gaining 15 years experience in the event industry decided to put my specialties together to create Precocious Poppy - a dream come true! Kim has worked for major theme parks in California and Florida in event production with a specialty in weddings, corporate events and community activities. Along the way, Kim has learned all about floral design from a mentorship from her best friend and floral designer, Mackenzie! With having great success in Connecticut, Kim opened Precocious Poppy in West Virginia in 2016!
